What Is Susukino Like During the Day?

For sightseeing alone, I would not make a special daytime trip to Susukino. On a sunny August afternoon, the main streets still had people, cars and taxis moving through them, but many nightlife-focused businesses appeared not to be open yet. Side streets were much quieter, and the atmosphere that makes Susukino distinctive at night was largely missing. Daytime Susukino still makes sense if you have a specific restaurant you want to visit, you are heading to COCONO SUSUKINO, or the area already fits your route. But if your goal is simply to experience Susukino, I would come later. My simplest description: daytime Susukino feels like a nightlife district getting ready for the night.

We did not enter a restaurant, order, test staff communication, check payment methods, or judge the food.
